Howard Siegel has had an extensive career in the areas of Management, Training & Recruiting. He started his career in the US Air Force teaching Instrument Flying and Radio Navigation. He then went to work with IBM Corp. and among the positions he held there were recruiter, instructor and manager.

Upon his retirement from IBM, he decided to pursue real estate. Howard has been a sales agent, broker, recruiter and instructor. He has had a continuing education license in 17 states and has also been an adjunct instructor teaching pre-licensing school for Stringham Real Estate School. He currently teaches “Methods and Tools to Avoid Overpricing” a 3 hour CE course in Utah.

 Howard has been a broker since 1997 and has helped a number of real estate offices grow significantly. In 1995, as a sales agent, he was the “Rookie of the Year” for Wardley Corp. Better Homes and Gardens”.

 Howard is excited to be with Exit Realty Legacy as the Principal Broker and is looking forward to helping the agents with the company in the areas of training & recruiting and to help them increase their personal real estate production.
